Reflection on God’s Word for Today - 25 Sept 2024
Religious people are driven by legalism and love to impose their world views on others who they consider to be of lesser value to God than themselves are. Jesus Christ modelled a different culture for those who follow Him, and those who live in this culture undergo an inside out transformation of their person. Rather than finding faults in others and judging them, they extend grace unto them because they themselves have received grace of Jehovah. Moreover they understand that defilement starts with the mind, so they guard their hearts with all diligence. I implore you not to emulate the religionists but to follow Christ and strive to be like Him.
