Habakkuk 2:3 KJV — For the vision is yet for an appointed time, but at the end it shall speak, and not lie: though it tarry, wait for it; because it will surely come, it will not tarry.
Reflection on God’s Word for Today - 02 Feb 2025
God is in the business of making promises to those who trust in Him and He makes it a duty to fulfill those promises at the time He has appointed. God is always just in time and never late or early. Many have gone astray and many more are in needless captivity to unpleasant situations because they do not understand this simple truth about Jehovah. They fail to grasp that God will never make a promise that He will not fulfill and that those who seek Him must believe that He will reward them. I don’t know what category you are in, you know. But I want to encourage you to hold on strongly to whatever promise of Jehovah you are expecting and never to doubt or give up because you will see it manifest in due season.
Pray: Holy Lord, I repent of being impatient regarding Your promise to me. Please forgive me and give me grace to wait on You. #Mok
