Any discerning observer of the global church scene will readily come to the conclusion that the wildfire-like spread of the prosperity gospel is nothing but a confirmation of the allure of the spirit of mammon and what people actually treasure. Multitudes are trooping to those places not to seek Jehovah and His truth but simply to partake in the deception of false pastors and fake prophets. And of course they often get badly fleeced of what they possess to the meticulous schemes of those deceivers whose conscience is either seared or dead. If you are a deceiver or a deceived I urge you to search your heart and reconsider your choice. I urge you to choose Christ the Blesser today.
Pray: Merciful God, forgive me for seeking mammon rather than seeking You. Help me to trust You and wait upon You. #Mok
