God’s Word for Today - 17 Sept 2024 Numbers 35:34 KJV — Defile not therefore the land which ye shall inhabit, wherein I dwell: for I the LORD dwell among the children of Israel.     Reflection on God’s Word for Today - 17 Sept 2024 There is no way anyone who follows Christ can ever justify defiling where God chooses to dwell. No, and nobody ever gets away with intentionally living a lifestyle of defiling Jehovah’s dwelling place. And for those who are in Christ that temple where God dwells is your body. Yes, your body is the temple of Jehovah. Shouldn’t that put some holy fear in you as you rejoice in the knowledge that you have God living in you? And shouldn’t you do all in your power to keep your body pure and undefiled for His Glorious Majesty? I implore you to please not take the liberty you have in Christ to live recklessly and derail yourself in this race you have embarked on. Submit to the Holy Spirit and let Him guide you.   Pray: Spirit of the Most High God, I yield completely to You. Purge me of everything that defiles and make me an abode suitable for You. #Mok

God’s Word for Today - 16 Sept 2024 Ezekiel 39:7 KJV — So will I make my holy name known in the midst of my people Israel; and I will not let them pollute my holy name any more: and the heathen shall know that I am the LORD, the Holy One in Israel.   Reflection on God’s Word for Today - 16 Sept 2024 When you read today’s scripture, you, like millions worldwide, may be wondering why Jehovah seems to be tolerant with those who blaspheme His name. I want you to know that no word that God speaks ever goes unfulfilled, but in His mercy He gives a long rope so that probably people will repent and forsake their evil way and escape God’s righteous judgement for defiling His holy name. The merchandising of the name of Jehovah is now at an alarming level and these false ambassadors are leading ignorant folks in the path that leads to destruction whilst enriching themselves. Be not deceived, there shall be reckoning in due season. If you indulge in blaspheming God’s name, now is the time to cease, repent, and desist.     Pray: Heavenly Father, forgive me for not giving due honour to Your name. Help me to never ever blaspheme You again. #Mok

God’s Word for Today - 15 Sept 2024 Revelation 21:27 KJV — And there shall in no wise enter into it any thing that defileth, neither whatsoever worketh abomination, or maketh a lie: but they which are written in the Lamb’s book of life.     Reflection on God’s Word for Today - 15 Sept 2024 I urge you never to believe whatever lies people are peddling about the veracity of heaven and hell and the lies that God is too good and merciful to banish anyone to hell. The truth is that such false teachers and their followers forget that Jehovah is also the God of justice and He will administer justice based on His laid down rules. You must be cleansed by the blood of redemption through faith in Christ and trust in Jehovah to secure a place in the Lamb’s book of life. And you must remain anchored in Christ to retain your place, hence the need to depart from evil and all things that defile you. Are you already in Christ, leave no room for satan to derail you. If you are not in Christ, you need to make that choice now before it is too late.     Pray: Oh Lord God, I will do whatever it takes to be in Your book of life.
