Did you know that when you have received the gift of salvation through faith in Christ you ought to take the next step and find the opportunity to get baptised in water by immersion as testimony to your identifying with Christ’s death and resurrection? In the same manner you are declaring to the world that you are a new person in Christ and that the old you is dead and buried. This has a powerful implication on how you live thereafter. It is incumbent on you to live in that newness, walking after the manner of Christ your Saviour and Lord. Your life must mirror the new you so that those who see you will see Christ and will be drawn to His glory radiating from you.
