Reflection on God’s Word for Today - 03 Aug 2025
The metaphor in today’s scripture is quite ubiquitous in the lived experiences of many people who genuinely follow Christ and live according to the doctrines of God’s kingdom. Many are often at a quandary because they know that all they ever do is to sow good seeds into the lives of others but wonder why they continue to be rewarded with bad harvest. I know this can be very disappointing and demotivating, to the extent of querying if there is any rationale in continuing to sow good seeds. I can tell you that Jehovah is not unaware and in due season He will give you a just reward and avenge you. I implore you to continue to do what you know is right for the glory of God.
