Zechariah 6:15 KJV — And they that are far off shall come and build in the temple of the LORD, and ye shall know that the LORD of hosts hath sent me unto you. And this shall come to pass, if ye will diligently obey the voice of the LORD your God.
Reflection on God’s Word for Today - 04 Oct 2025
Many people fail to understand God’s measure of success and sign of approval. They have the wrong impression that growth in numbers and physical assets are sure signs of Jehovah’s approval and presence. How very wrong they are. They are wrong because God’s ways are completely different to the ways of humans and only those who walk in the way of Christ are approved of God. Now this is where the saying that “all that glitters is not gold “ is very true. There are millions of individuals, church and para-church ministries that are flourishing in God’s way but unappealing to the world. And there are also others, probably the vast majority, that are loved by the world because they meet the world’s measure of success. Choose to follow Christ truthfully.
