Reflection on God’s Word for Today - 04 Sept 2024
Much of what is going wrong in the natural world today that is causing devastation and misery for people can be traced to human beings and their behaviour in respect of the established laws designed to keep balance in the universe that Jehovah created. When Adam and Eve walked away from the covenant with God Almighty in rebellion they triggered off the decay that we now experience in the world and this has only intensified due to the continued rebellion of humankind. And it will continue unabated because humans continue in their rebellion. God’s antidote against natural disasters, wars, hunger, injustice and poverty is to forsake rebellion against Jehovah, to love others as ourselves and respect and protect nature. You can make a start today!
