Reflection on God’s Word for Today - 08 Sept 2025
One of the many things I love about God is that He is a wonderfully magnanimous Giver who gives beyond what we can ever think of or imagine. Jehovah gave us His only begotten Son Jesus Christ to die in our place for the remission of our sins against God. That’s the most valuable gift anyone can ever give or receive. And Jehovah gave it to anyone who will take it freely. In many instances we do not even know the right thing to ask for, nevertheless God goes ahead and showers us with that blessing. The Bible says that many ask amiss, so they are denied. You want to receive from God as King Solomon did? You must learn to ask with the right motive and be selfless. You must understand that God blesses you for the benefit of others and for the glory of His Majesty.
Pray: Everlasting Father, You honour those who honour You, teach me Lord to serve You with the honour due to Your Majesty. #Mok
