Reflection on God’s Word for Today - 18 Aug 2025
Many people get disheartened because they see wickedness and evildoers flourishing and justice seems to have been incapacitated. But that is not so with Jehovah the Righteous Judge whose long-suffering towards humans is unprecedented but not without limit. This is what we see in today’s scripture. Once anyone’s cup of wickedness is full and running over Jehovah’s judgement is inescapable and it can be quite devastating. But God has made a way of escape for everyone who will forsake their evil ways and follow the way of Christ, so they can become partakers of Jehovah’s righteousness. So, do not fret that evildoers are flourishing.
