Ordinarily as a follower of Christ you shouldn’t need anyone to tell you that your carnal mind doesn’t confer on you anything that is beneficial to you for your journey of life on this side of eternity. Rather all it does is to drag you away from the path that leads to life into one that ends in shame and perdition. This is key reason why you need to do all you can to develop and nurture your spiritual mind towards maturity in Christ, because that’s the only guaranteed route to become a partaker in the life that Jehovah offers to those who trust in Him. So, how can you do this? God has not left us clueless. He says you should abide in His Word and let His Word transform your mind and your person. Are you willing and ready? Don’t tarry!
