God’s Word for Today - 06 May 2025 Colossians 3:10 KJV — And have put on the new man, which is renewed in knowledge after the image of him that created him:   Reflection on God’s Word for Today - 06 May 2025 I turn attention today to you, yes you who have received the gift of salvation and whom Christ has enlightened in the knowledge of Jehovah who created you. You became a new creature but you are still holding on to your old garment and patching it with pieces from the new garment of Christ’s kingdom. This is very wrong. You must get rid of the old and put on the new if you want to function rightly in Christ. You cannot retain the old , false doctrines. You must replace them with the new teachings of Christ and walk in the new way that Jehovah has laid out for those who trust in Him. I will have you know that you are either wholly in or fully out. There’s no in-between.   Pray: O Lord my God, help me to draw on Your abundant grace in the newness of life and walk in Your way. #Mok

God’s Word for Today - 05 May 2025 Hebrews 10:20 KJV — By a new and living way, which he hath consecrated for us, through the veil, that is to say, his flesh;   Reflection on God’s Word for Today - 05 May 2025  Today I rejoice with you if you are genuinely following Christ in that way that He has set apart for you to walk in it. You are indeed very much blessed and you must count yourself to be favoured of Jehovah who made it possible by the substitutional sacrifice of Christ in your place. How can you repay this to God? I believe that the only way to do this is to live for Christ who died for you. This is the new and living way. And, coincidentally, that is precisely what God wants from you – to abide in Jesus Christ, serving humanity through the enabling power of the Holy Spirit who dwells in you. If you are not already doing that I urge you to rethink your life and do what Jehovah expects of you.   Pray: Merciful God, help me to abide in Christ and to walk in Your light always. #Mok

God’s Word for Today - 04 May 2025 2 Peter 3:13 KJV — Nevertheless we, according to his promise, look for new heavens and a new earth, wherein dwelleth righteousness.   Reflection on God’s Word for Today - 04 May 2025 It is quite puzzling to know that many who are following Christ often are not excited about the prospect of today’s scripture being fulfilled imminently. They are still very much attached to this world with all the wickedness that dominate in it. So, rather than focusing in prayer for Jehovah to speed up His program and usher in this new season of righteousness that permeates everything, they are busy praying for things that have no eternal value. The early disciples of Christ were different and they are the ones we ought to be emulating today. We ought to be yearning for the new earth and new heavens without flaws and where God’s righteousness reigns supreme.   Pray: Oh Lord God, make haste to perform Your word and usher in the season of righteousness. #Mok
