Reflection on God’s Word for Today – 01 June 2026

Do you understand the way you are treading and where it is leading you to? The way here simply refers to your behaviour and way of life. Many people are ignorant of the need to intentionally tailor their life and the choices they make to align with God’s purpose for them. Instead, they focus all their efforts on being like the Joneses. They are ready to go to any lengths to get wealth and power and to be famous. They exercise themselves in outperforming everyone else in line with the crooked culture of this world. And such people are found everywhere, even among those who claim to be following Christ. I want you to know that they are walking a perilous path and you must distance yourself from them lest you perish with them. Consecrate yourself to a life that pleases God, your Creator.

Pray: Oh Lord God Almighty, help me to shun the attractions of this world and look unto pleasing You alone. #Mok
