Reflection on God’s Word for Today - 02 Jan 2026

Anyone who has ever encountered a true backslider from the faith in Christ will no doubt understand the veracity of today’s scripture. It is near impossible to convince a backslider to reconsider their way and repent. It is probably easier for a camel to pass through the eye of the needle than for a backslider to repent and forsake their rebellion. So, who is a backslider? It is someone who genuinely received the gift of salvation and tasted the faithfulness of Christ, but who opened the door of their heart to satanic deception, and followed the path of Adam and Eve by surrendering to the devil, rather than staying anchored in Christ. I implore you to never let yourself be deceived by any satanic attractions because it will end in destruction. If you have fallen prey, please retrace your steps back to your first love. Seek help of genuine followers. You will be glad you did.
