Reflection on God’s Word for Today – 08 Mar 2026

Many relationships in society are compromised because someone in the fold cannot be trusted to keep confidentialities without blabbering them about indiscriminately. Such people are also found in church communities where they sow strife and discord among members. This is a canker that must not be tolerated and anyone who takes pleasure in divulging secrets should be sharply reprimanded and if they fail to change, should be avoided. God has no pleasure in anyone who betrays the trust of others because that behaviour is contrary to what Christ modelled and expects of His followers. Are you one who reveals secrets entrusted to you by others? If yes, you should ask for forgiveness and forsake the behaviour. Let the Holy Spirit help you out.
