God’s Word for Today - 17 Feb 2026

Micah 6:1 (KJV): Hear ye now what the LORD saith; Arise, contend thou before the mountains, and let the hills hear thy voice.

Reflection on God’s Word for Today - 17 Feb 2026

There are many followers of Christ who are sitting idle and grumbling at being confronted by mountains of problems instead of doing that which is needful. They fail to understand that they are in the midst of foes and face continual battles, so they cannot be onlookers lest they become victims because they fail to assert their authority on the victory Christ has already won for them. I want to remind you that it is your responsibility to arise and claim your victory by contending ferociously with those challenges and problems confronting you. Remember that, yes God will fight for you, but you must rise up and let Him know you are ready for battle so He can dispatch His army to fight for you. Trigger the attack today and stop languishing in idleness.

Pray: Jehovah Sabaoth, You are the Mighty Lord and Warrior, help me Lord as I arise to confront the enemy. #Mok
