Reflection on God’s Word for Today – 24 June 2025
Success has its challenges. It can transform someone into a Frankenstein if not handled correctly. It can lead to an inflated ego and pride making the individual believe they can do whatever they desire to do in their own might. They begin to live in self-delusion and look down on others as inconsequential. Consciously or ignorantly they fail to give God the glory for enabling them to be successful in their endeavours. But God will never share the glory that is His alone with anyone. It is a serious offence and a deadly one for that matter. Be thankful to Jehovah and praise Him for every success you have, lest you incur the wrath of the Almighty God.
Pray: Father in Heaven, teach me to recognise You as the Source of every success I have in life and to glorify You. #Mok
