There are many church people who claim that because they are work in progress they have liberty to continue in their sinful lifestyles without displeasing Jehovah. But today’s scripture makes it crystal clear that those who yield themselves to sinful behaviour are sold out to satan. They must repent and do a 180 degree turn and return to Christ. I know that satan’s apple can be very inviting indeed but you have the Holy Spirit to help you if you choose to follow the path of righteous living in Christ. Don’t allow peer pressure or the desire to fit in cause you to forsake the way of Christ. Rather I implore you to seek the company of faithful followers of Christ and be strengthened as you emulate their lifestyle.
