Reflection on God’s Word for Today - 01 Nov 2025
It is very disheartening to see that despite the wealth of nations that people are quick to describe as common wealth, the majority of the world’s wealth has been hijacked by just a handful of mostly heartless individuals and nations. The global majority wallows in abject poverty. And what is more disheartening is that many church communities in the world are guilty of this same crime of inhuman treatment of the poor and the underprivileged in their midst. The poor are fleeced and milked for all they can give being deceived that this is what Jehovah desires. If you are a party to manipulating and defrauding the poor in any way I urge you to cease and desist and ask God for forgiveness because you will not escape Jehovah’s wrath if you don’t. You have been warned.
Pray: Merciful God, I repent of closing my eyes to the injustice against the poor in the world. Please have mercy and forgive me. #Mok
