Reflection on God’s Word for Today - 30 Oct 2025
I am often amused at the amount of energy some people give to spiritual warfare warding off the enemy. No doubt satan and his minions must not be given any ground to operate in the midst of God’s people, but I wonder if all that energy and valuable time is not being misdirected. As one sees in today’s scripture, if people would focus their attention and energy on pleasing Jehovah by walking according to His tenets and worshiping Him, He promises to fight off the enemy by Himself. If you would spend half the time you waste on fighting the devil in worshipping Jehovah you will be amazed how your life and your situation will turn out to be. I am not saying that you should ignore the devil and the forces of darkness, all I am saying is that you should stop paying them too much attention and instead spend the time in loving, serving and worshipping the Most High God and be at peace.
Pray: Omnipotent God, I yield to Your Majesty, help me to focus fully on please You, and Lord please fight my battles and give me peace. #Mok
