Reflection on God’s Word for Today - 21 Dec 2023
Today’s scripture is a stumbling block to those who profess to have received the knowledge of Christ’s truth and want to continue in their sinful lifestyle. You cannot continue to live as if Christ’s sacrifice does not matter. It is the same as continuing in your rebellion, disavowing the covenant God entered into with you and sealed by the sacred blood of Christ. There is no substitute sacrifice that can bring you peace with Jehovah. So you must be very wary of people preaching a different gospel to you than the one you received when you accepted Christ as your Saviour. You must allow Jesus to also be your Lord and abide in His teachings. Don’t allow the devil and his agents drag you into perdition. Don’t go back to your vomit.
