Revelation 2:7 KJV — He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches; To him that overcometh will I give to eat of the tree of life, which is in the midst of the paradise of God.
Reflection on God’s Word for Today - 23 May 2024
Did you hear that? God says you and everyone who completes the race anchored in Christ to the end will be granted full and free access to the same tree of life that Adam and Eve were banished from Eden for, due to their crashing at the moment of testing. What encouragement and good reason for hope in Christ. I tell you, the reason for our hope as those who trust in Jehovah is not misplaced at all, neither is it wishful thinking. It is not in Yahweh’s character to promise and not keep it. There shall be a performance. There always has been. But you need to guard yourself, work with the Holy Spirit and overcome all the tribulations that will come your way to yank you off course. Stay on the narrow path and shun the allure of vain glory.
