Psalm 37:7 KJV — Rest in the LORD, and wait patiently for him: fret not thyself because of him who prospereth in his way, because of the man who bringeth wicked devices to pass.
Reflection on God’s Word for Today - 20 Feb 2025
As a disciple of Christ in the world it can be quite frustrating to watch those whose ways are contrary to Jehovah as they flourish and thrive in their endeavours carried out under the principles of the end justifies the means. But Jehovah’s injunction to those who belong to Him is to wait on Him and not to fret or be exasperated because these rebels are flourishing because their latter end will be destruction unless they change their evil ways. I don’t know what is making you angry but I know you can trust Christ to mete out unquestionable justice, at the time He has appointed, on those who use false measures to succeed in their ventures. God will surely bring it to pass, so fret not.
