2 Kings 18:22 KJV — But if ye say unto me, We trust in the LORD our God: is not that he, whose high places and whose altars Hezekiah hath taken away, and hath said to Judah and Jerusalem, Ye shall worship before this altar in Jerusalem?
Reflection on God’s Word for Today - 05 Jan 2025
Permit me to share this warning. Don’t you ever allow anyone, no matter who they may claim to be, to deceive you into putting your trust in anyone but Yahweh. Don’t let anyone guilt trip you for whatever errors you have made in the past regarding your faith in Christ. You can trust God to restore you if you repent and forsake your past errors and return to Jehovah. He is full of mercy and grace and will never turn away a repentant prodigal like you have been. To trust in anyone else but Yahweh is to sign your own death warrant and seal your eternal separation from God. Is that what you want for yourself? I encourage you to drop every doubt you may have about God’s intense love for you and embrace Christ wholeheartedly with all that you are and have.
Pray: O Lord God Almighty, I refuse to be deceived to not trust You. I surrender my life to You and ask that You keep me from straying from You. #Mok
