There’s never any value in crying over spilt milk. A wise person is one who knows when a matter is closed and is time to move on. It is extremely important to do your due diligence and make hay while the sun is still shining. This applies to spiritual and secular matters alike. It is important to recognise when to bring an activity to a close. For a follower of Christ the Holy Spirit is your guide and you should depend on Him to give you discernment to know times and seasons and what you ought to do. I advise you never to venture out on your own but to always yield to the Holy Spirit to guide you and you will be glad you did.
