Ecclesiastes 2:26 KJV — For God giveth to a man that is good in his sight wisdom, and knowledge, and joy: but to the sinner he giveth travail, to gather and to heap up, that he may give to him that is good before God. This also is vanity and vexation of spirit.
Reflection on God’s Word for Today - 29 Sept 2023
God created humans in His image and after His likeness, and gave them the very rare gift of freewill to do as it pleases them. And God, being the benevolent Father that He is, also emphasised His deep desire for relationship with humans, but He will never force it on anyone. But for those who respond to Jehovah's desire for relationship, God gives ample reward and blesses them in ways only He can do. And as for those who are opposed to God, the only reward that awaits them is disappointment and sorrow. What will you choose?
