Much of the dysfunction we see in the assemblies of those who profess Jesus as Lord and Saviour stems from ignorance of the doctrines of God relating to how and for what purpose He apportions gifts to His children. They fail to understand that God equips His own based on His masterplan for each individual. Instead everyone is seeking what others have rather than working with what Jehovah has endowed them with. And some go to the extent of seeking it from the devil. This untoward behaviour derived from envy and jealousy is what is destroying the fabric of the church today. They have given Satan a free pass due to their inordinate ambition and leading many on a perilous path.
