Reflection on God’s Word for Today - 22 Sept 2023
Many struggle to be content with what they have been enabled to have and cannot restrain themselves from being dissatisfied and often taking it upon others who have no business with how they are feeling. But God expects those who are followers of Christ to behave differently as evidence of their trust in Jehovah. For them God is both their Source and Enabler and they are content knowing that whatever God gives them is perfect for that season, so they are joyful as they thank Jehovah for His magnanimity. Being content, they are also happy to show God’s love by sharing with others what God has blessed them with. You too can join this band of contented and joyful people by simply opening the door of your heart and receiving Jesus as your Saviour and Lord. Stop procrastinating about this crucial decision.
