Nature teaches us all that we recognise a tree by the fruit it produces. It would be an aberration of nature for a plum tree to yield apples. Jesus also warns through the Bible to beware of impostors who parade as ministers of the truth, but their actions and lifestyles betray the very essence of truth. It is impossible to claim followership of Christ and fail to portray any of His character traits. Instead you are steeped in doing the exact opposite of what Christ did and would do. This is what we notice in many churches and among those who claim to be disciples of Christ. The manifestation of the fruit of carnality is so pervasive among so-called believers that they cause shame to genuine followers and drive away those who are seeking to know Jehovah. You must choose to be different!
