Psalm 101:7 KJV — He that worketh deceit shall not dwell within my house: he that telleth lies shall not tarry in my sight.
Reflection on God’s Word for Today - 11 Jan 2024
Ignorance is not a tenable defence in law. The fact that you do not know that deception and lying are abhorred by Jehovah the Holy God will not exempt you from being barred from His holy presence. The Bible makes us understand that one cannot mock Jehovah. You can be assured that you will reap a bountiful harvest of whatever you choose to sow. And in addition you attract God's wrath. It is sad to see that many are zealously embracing deceit and lies in ignorant belief that they are serving God and His purpose. This cannot be further from the truth. If you are such a person, I urge you to examine yourself and let the Holy Spirit reform and transform you. Stop identifying with the enemies of Jehovah.
