Galatians 2:10 (KJV): Only [they would] that we should remember the poor; the same which I also was forward to do.

Reflection on God’s Word for Today - 04 Nov 2025

Jehovah places a very high premium on how people relate with and support those who are less privileged in our midst. After all He created them all in His image. In our busyness chasing shadows, it is quite easy to forget that there are people out there and even around us who need our attention and support to help them grapple with the challenges they face. We are reminded by this scripture today to remember those people who are unable to help themselves. If you are a truthful follower of Christ you must be compassionate even as Jesus Christ was and is. He never neglected anyone and you should not neglect any too. You cannot leave this to others but you can join others to make helping the poor and needy a focus of your life. If you are not already doing this, when do you propose to start? I implore you to not delay any further and let the Holy Spirit guide and direct you.

Pray: Glorious Father in Heaven, my Divine Enabler, help me to always remember the poor and needy and support them by Your grace. #Mok
