God’s Word for Today - 05 Oct 2026

Deuteronomy 8:19 (KJV): And it shall be, if thou do at all forget the LORD thy God, and walk after other gods, and serve them, and worship them, I testify against you this day that ye shall surely perish.

Reflection on God’s Word for Today - 05 Oct 2026

God, through the scriptures, has made abundantly clear to all who care, what choices we have about who to serve and worship and what consequences await anyone who makes a wrong choice. Judging by what we see in the world, it is obvious that many people could care less about this divine admonition because of their unbelief. Some even postulate that today’s scripture is specific to a specific people in a specific period. That is a satanic manipulation because this is indeed universally applicable and for all times. Jehovah is the only true God and failure to serve Him in truth and in spirit will result in very dire consequences. If you choose to serve and worship anyone or anything else beyond Jehovah you are in danger of being banished to the lake of fire for all eternity.

Pray: Sovereign God, send down Your fire of revival and cause people to seek to know You and serve You. #Mok
