God’s Word for Today - 16 Oct 2026

Romans 16:18 (KJV): For they that are such serve not our Lord Jesus Christ, but their own belly; and by good words and fair speeches deceive the hearts of the simple.

Reflection on God’s Word for Today - 16 Oct 2026

The world today is full of many church ministries parading around as authentic places of worship of Christ when indeed they are nothing but synagogues of satan where the Word of God is daily being distorted and compromised to manipulate gullible people into following their pernicious ways. The common denominator of those churches and ministries is their leaders’ penchant for self-aggrandising and desire for adulation, which is an abomination to Jehovah and will be sorely punished. By their actions they make it difficult for those who are genuinely seeking Christ to locate Him, and they mislead those who have the misfortune of straying into their assemblies. Stay away from such places where God’s name is being used for merchandising in a cold, calculating manner to benefit the leaders while the flock is neglected and milked.

Pray: Blessed Holy Spirit, You know all things, please lead me to the right place to serve and worship You. #Mok
