Reflection on God’s Word for Today - 01 Sept 2026

Attaining the righteousness that is acceptable to God is something that is impossible for any human being to achieve. Only God can bestow righteousness upon an individual. We cannot earn it, no matter how much we try. In fact, the Bible lets us know that our righteousness is like a filthy rag before God who is holy and righteous. But God has made a way for humanity to ascend to God’s righteousness through faith in Christ. God clothes everyone who has accepted His salvation gift in Christ with the robe of Christ’s righteousness and does not recall their sin again. They are washed clean by the blood of Jesus Christ shed at the cross of Calvary. That door of salvation is still open, and you too can come into the Ark of Christ and be saved from the wrath to come. Will you heed God’s call?
