Reflection on God’s Word for Today - 03 Sept 2026

It is common knowledge that bad things happen to good people quite frequently and that puzzles many to the extent that they even query God’s goodness and justice. No doubt they do this in ignorance of who God truly is. There is a standing promise of God that those who live righteous will never be forsaken, and they will reap the rewards of their righteousness. This promise applies to those who are in Christ and have been conferred with the righteousness of Jehovah. No matter what trials and tribulations they go through, they will be victorious in the end because Christ already won the victory for them. I want to encourage you that if you are in Christ to keep your faith anchored in Him no matter the challenges confronting you. Let the Holy Spirit be your companion and comfort.
