Reflection on God’s Word for Today - 28 Aug 2026

The early disciples of Jesus Christ did not let anything interfere with the ministry delivered to them. They never compromised their communion with God or their spread of the Good News of God’s Kingdom. And through their unflinching commitment to their ministry the Holy Spirit moved mightily, and souls were continually being saved to the glory of God. The world today witnesses an explosion in the spread of churches but only a few remain truthful to the ministry of Christ. Many have departed from serving God and are now serving their bellies and mammon. But if you have been saved by grace through faith in Christ, you will have to account for your own ministry for which Christ commissioned you. Is your account going to be acceptable to God?
