Reflection on God’s Word for Today - 30 Aug 2026

God repeatedly tells those who trust in Him to approach His throne of grace freely and confidently and they will obtain mercy and answer to their prayers. Many who are accounted in the household of faith struggle to fully understand the full extent of today’s scripture. They do not grasp that for the promise to hold, the asking must align with God’s will, and the purpose must glorify Jehovah. And they must not just be confident that God can, but that God will because He has promised. And that no matter how long it delays, they must never allow doubt to creep into their heart because doubters will not receive the promise. Have you asked and not yet received? Keep thanking God for His faithfulness.
