Reflection on God’s Word for Today – 02 June 2026

It is very sad to know that a lot of people are exposed to the Good News of Christ every now and again, but the word never actually gets the opportunity to take root in them and benefit them because the devil steals it from them. Satan is such a wily old fox that has been in the business of deception for ages, and no one should ever underestimate his ability to do damage. That is his mission in the world – to steal, kill and destroy. Have you been faithful in sowing the seed of God’s word and wondering why the harvest is poor? Don’t look too far. Can you do something to change that? Absolutely yes. Every time you want to sow the seed, ensure that you do not forget to coat it with prayer. You must pray that the seed will not be stolen, will not be hindered, that it will fall on good and ready soil and bring forth a good harvest of souls.
