Reflection on God’s Word for Today - 03 May 2026

Myriads of self-proclaimed prophets today bedevil christendom with preposterous claims of ability to hear directly from God and speak for God. And millions fall prey of such charlatans because they refuse to search the scriptures by themselves to understand how Jehovah relates with humans. The first test of credibility of anyone who God will choose to use is their seal of discipleship in Christ evidenced by their unconditional love of others, compassionate demeanour, their unfeigned humility, and their moral uprightness. When you look closely you will discover that most of those so-called prophets fail woefully against that standard. What singles them out is their greed for material possessions and love of money. Save yourself and stay away from them.

Pray: Divine Spirit of God, give me knowledge and understanding to test every spirit and let me not be prey for false prophets. #Mok
