Reflection on God’s Word for Today - 07 Feb 2026

Modern day idolatry and worship of false gods has exploded to include not just the worship of carved statues and images but now covers everything that people prioritise over Jehovah the only true God. And this may be self adulation, worship of money, church leaders, cult leaders, one’s spouse or children, bosses at work and just about anything or anyone that people place above God. This state of affairs is the handiwork of satan whose mission is to cause as many people as he can to reject the truth of Christ by adulterating God’s word and promoting human philosophies through his agents. You can either choose to seek Jehovah’s truth and be saved or allow yourself to be deceived into believing satanic lies and follow in the error of Adam and Eve and suffer similar fate. Run away from idolatry.
