Reflection on God’s Word for Today - 08 Feb 2026

There are many conscientious churchgoers who in their ignorance underestimate the amazing grace and love of God for those who call upon Him in faith and trust. They fail to understand that even when they have messed up very badly, Jehovah is ever so gracious and so loving to forgive them and welcome them back to the fold if they would just recognise their error, acknowledge it and ask God for forgiveness. Christ modelled this when He restored Peter to fellowship after Peter had denied knowing Jesus at the trial before Pontius Pilate to save his own life. God is always willing to restore every repentant sinner to fellowship and will do the same for you, no matter how grievous your offence is. Arise boldly today and approach God’s throne of grace and obtain mercy.
