2 Corinthians 12:21 (KJV): [And] lest, when I come again, my God will humble me among you, and [that] I shall bewail many which have sinned already, and have not repented of the uncleanness and fornication and lasciviousness which they have committed.

Reflection on God’s Word for Today - 10 Jan 2026

There are many consistent churchgoers all over the world who are persistent in their sinful lifestyles and will not be dissuaded from those lifestyles, neither has anyone been able to persuade them to repent and return to pleasing Jehovah by living right. It is sad to know that in many churches the leaders also tolerate this sinful behaviour of their congregants simply because of the benefits they receive from some of those people or because they do not want to lose members of their congregation for obvious financial and other reasons. Any leader who indulges anyone living sinfully will account for those souls before Jehovah and the sinners will bear the consequences of their sinful lifestyle. That’s the way things work in God’s Kingdom and there’s no breaking of protocols with Jehovah the righteous Judge. So, beware and repent!
