Psalm 100:4 (KJV): Enter into his gates with thanksgiving, [and] into his courts with praise: be thankful unto him, [and] bless his name.

Reflection on God’s Word for Today - 11 Dec 2025

God gives everyone the choice to either show gratitude or not. And He rightfully expects everyone He created to be thankful for being and to intentionally show Him how thankful they are. While those outside the household of faith in Christ may be excused for their ignorance, it is inconceivable that anyone who has been saved by grace through faith in Christ will neglect such a crucial obligation to be thankful to Jehovah in all situations and to show that in all sincerity with joy. You must develop the habit of coming to Jehovah full of praise and thanksgiving for who He is and what He does. Anything short of that is an abdication of your duty as a faithful follower of Christ.
