Reflection on God’s Word for Today - 12 Apr 2026

Human beings, in their wisdom, generally gravitate towards doing everything possible to curry favour with those who are in authority. This may seem logical to the natural person because they have excluded the Almighty God from their reasoning. But those who know Christ and have a personal relationship with Him know to put their focus on Jehovah for divine favour that opens all doors. Seeking favour from humans is transactional and may work for a while but the downside is often costly. If you want true favour, you must embrace Christ as your Saviour and Lord. God’s favour goes beyond the present and extends into eternity. It is what you should crave for.
