Reflection on God’s Word for Today - 13 Jan 2026

There is no doubt whatsoever that there are millions all over the world who proudly and ignorantly oppose the good news of Jehovah’s Kingdom. And there are many who misappropriate the Holy Scriptures to buttress misconstrued human philosophies and group interests. While this is sad and deplorable, it is not unexpected in the times we are in because the bible has in many instances forewarned that this would happen. So what does God expect those who trust in Him to do? As today’s scripture points out, every genuine follower of Christ must put on humility and boldly engage with those opposers with the word of truth. You cannot abdicate your role in shining the light of Christ to reveal the truth hidden to opposers of the Gospel. Arise and do not let any opportunity slip you by.
