Reflection on God’s Word for Today - 20 Jan 2026

Given what I have seen and heard about church culture worldwide I have no doubt in my mind that there are myriads of people in churches who take God for granted and trample on Jehovah’s kindness and mercy. They are ignoring the fact that it is God’s goodness that draws people to God and creates in them desire to know Jehovah. Though they did nothing to earn Christ’s salvation, these folks delude themselves into thinking that they are saved because they are special and better than those who are yet to come to the knowledge of Christ. You must dissociate yourself from such and humble yourself before Jehovah whose love and mercy made it possible for you to embrace the precious gift of salvation in Christ Jesus. Be thankful to God always for His priceless grace.
