God’s Word for Today - 20 Nov 2025
Amos 5:12 (KJV): For I know your manifold transgressions and your mighty sins: they afflict the just, they take a bribe, and they turn aside the poor in the gate [from their right].
Reflection on God’s Word for Today - 20 Nov 2025
There is so much evil and wickedness in the world because people fail to understand that whatever they do, whether good or evil, is not hidden from the omniscient Jehovah who sees all and will reward everyone for their deeds in due season. I can assure you that with God there is a certain harvest for everything that was done on our earthly pilgrimage. What I find quite disturbing and disheartening is that many churches are stained by the same condemnable deeds that are rampant in society. From the pulpit to the pew people oppress and slander one another, the innocent ones are demonised and the rights of the underprivileged are trampled upon by those who should be defending them. If you don’t already know it, I want you to know that God will avenge the just who hope in Him without fail.
Pray: Righteous Jehovah, You detest every manner of wickedness and will in no wise justify the wicked. Please avenge all those who hope in You. #Mok
