Reflection on God’s Word for Today - 27 Aug 2026

There is a worldwide popular saying that “one word is enough for the wise” and there is another one that says, “to be forewarned is to be forearmed.” Several passages of scripture forewarn of the impending end of this present world as we know it, and many scorners just laugh it off. But those who know God and follow Him truthfully never doubt His Word and know that it will be exactly as God has promised. It is therefore crucially important that those who are Christ’s are always prepared for the imminent return of Christ to the world as God winds down His programme determined before the creation of the universe. I urge you to put your house in order, so you are not found wanting when the trumpet sounds.
