God’s Word for Today – 28 Mar 2026

Jeremiah 13:17 (KJV): But if ye will not hear it, my soul shall weep in secret places for [your] pride; and mine eye shall weep sore, and run down with tears, because the LORD'S flock is carried away captive.

Reflection on God’s Word for Today – 28 Mar 2026

Today’s scripture should challenge everyone who is genuinely following Christ. When was the last time you were truly burdened by the plight of souls being held captive in pitch darkness by the devil? What has been your attitude towards these perishing souls who Christ died for? Do you consider it your sacred duty to intercede for them? I want you to know that the salvation of souls is God’s heartbeat and all who have been saved through faith in Christ are obligated to labour in bringing in the harvest of souls. This is God’s expectation of you, and I tell you that you don’t want to disappoint your Saviour and Lord. What will you do?

Pray: O Lord my God, I have been slacking in interceding for perishing souls, please forgive me and rekindle the zeal in me. #Mok
